Barbara Anderson
Before joining Think 20/20, Ms. Anderson spent the prior 12 years underwriting and structuring commercial loans for public and private retail and consumer product companies. As a Managing Director for National City, now part of PNC, she was responsible for underwriting in excess of $1 billion of new loans to retailers as well as the management of the retail division with over $6 billion in loan commitments to retailers nationally. Previously, Ms. Anderson ran the Retail Finance division of LaSalle Bank, now Bank of America, and the Retail Finance division of Webster Bank.
During her career, Ms. Anderson has structured complex financing arrangements for mergers and acquisitions, balance sheet recapitalizations, going private transactions, debt refinancings, and corporate restructurings including bankruptcy financings. As a retail finance specialist, she has participated in a variety of panel presentations, contributing her perspective on the retail industry.
Ms. Anderson is a Board Member of the Chesapeake Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Commercial Finance Association. Ms. Anderson graduated Magna Cum Laude from Colgate University, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology.
